We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests' needs as much as possible. Please review our refund policy before booking.
1. Accommodation

Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
2. Workshops and Classes

Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance.

50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the event.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop or class.
3. Rescheduling

You can request to reschedule accommodation or workshop bookings at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
4. Cancellations by Red House Farmhouse

In the rare event that we cancel a booking or workshop, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
