Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings (accommodation, classes, workshops) must be made in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in for accommodation is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

3. Workshop Participation

• Please arrive on time for your class or workshop. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in forfeiture of your booking.

• Materials are provided unless otherwise specified. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Participation in workshops is at your own risk. Red House Farmhouse is not liable for any injury or accident.

4. Health and Safety

• Please follow all safety instructions while in the pottery studio or participating in any activities.

• Any medical conditions that may affect your participation must be disclosed before booking.

5. Property Damage and Liability

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to property or equipment during their stay or participation in our activities.

• Red House Farmhouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Changes and Cancellations

• Requests for changes to bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel workshops or accommodation bookings under exceptional circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
